On October 31, 2025, with the successful launch of the last device, it marks the successful completion and official operation of the 220kV Yaoxin I and II line interval upgrade and renovation project of Yunnan National Titanium Metal Co.,Ltd The smooth operation of this project has greatly improved the power supply reliability and safety of the company's core substation, injecting strong "electric power" into the company's subsequent capacity release and high-quality development.

The renovation project has a tight schedule, heavy tasks, and weak power grid operation during the renovation period, which poses certain risks. Faced with challenges, the company attaches great importance to this project and has listed it as an annual key power supply project.

Before the project was launched, Chuxiong Power Supply Bureau demonstrated a high level of professional competence and service spirit, quickly established a work team, actively coordinated, and provided advanced services. The customer manager of the power supply service center acts as a "scout" to comprehensively collect the company's requirements; Various professional departments collaborated to form a service guarantee team, jointly reviewed the construction plan, operation plan, and power outage arrangement, and put forward multiple optimization suggestions, laying a solid foundation for the smooth inclusion of the project into the plan and efficient implementation.

During the renovation period, it was a period of continuous rainy weather, coinciding with complex situations such as the "Network Protection Action". The leadership team of Chuxiong Power Supply Bureau personally presided over the risk control coordination meeting, carefully deployed, and gathered consensus from the owners, construction, design, and power supply parties, forming an efficient closed-loop work mechanism of "daily coordination, weekly review, and real-time response". Chuxiong Power Supply Bureau has invested a large amount of manpower and material resources in multiple departments such as biotechnology, scheduling, operation, maintenance, and marketing. More than 60 people and 20 trains have been working hard on the front line, strictly reviewing the qualifications of station personnel, accurately executing scheduling instructions, efficiently completing signal verification and joint debugging, strictly fulfilling on-site safety permits and disclosures, and supervising and guiding the entire construction process to make timely corrections. Especially, the daily dispatch of customer managers to the power supply center for on-site coordination and tracking ensures smooth information flow and controllable progress. All participating personnel overcame difficulties such as severe weather and material allocation, and worked tirelessly for 23 days and nights, jointly building a solid defense line for project safety, quality, and progress.

On the evening of October 31st, an emergency defect was discovered in the user side equipment clamp due to heating during operation monitoring, which directly threatened the safety of the power grid and the normal production of the company. In the critical moment, Chuxiong Power Supply Bureau immediately activated emergency response, relying on rich experience and efficient command to quickly guide our company to adjust the load and optimize the operation mode of the power grid, maximizing the guarantee of production continuity. After close collaboration from multiple parties, the defect was successfully eliminated at 23:44 that evening. Its rapid response and precise disposal capabilities effectively ensured the safety of the power grid and users, earning high praise from our company.
