This case serves as a warning to us that any infringement will inevitably face severe legal punishment! Any enterprise that wants to illegally occupy and gain without effort in technological innovation will be caught and will inevitably ruin the development prospects of the enterprise!

He Benliu put forward three opinions on the protection of intellectual property rights in the group:

Firstly, taking the national strategy as a mirror, we should recognize the seriousness and necessity of intellectual property protection. The country is comprehensively promoting the innovation driven development strategy, leading the development of new quality productive forces with technological innovation. Core technological achievements such as chlorinated titanium dioxide and sponge titanium are the lifeline of enterprises and an important component of national industrial chain security. Infringement of trade secrets is essentially a destruction of the national innovation ecosystem, and must be tolerated with zero tolerance! Secondly, draw deterrence from policy guidance and build a strong legal and institutional defense line. The country has established a rigorous intellectual property protection system in three aspects: laws and regulations, industry level, and green constraints. Long Bai's victory in this case fully confirms the country's orientation of "strict law enforcement". The group will simultaneously promote civil litigation, hold Yanshan Iron and Steel, Hebei Jicheng and other related units responsible, and make infringers pay a painful price! Thirdly, turn warnings into actions and build an iron wall for intellectual property protection. The group will forge three iron laws in clarifying responsibilities and improving systems: first, the implementation of the system will not compromise; Secondly, there are no blind spots in the implementation of responsibilities; The third is to ensure that education for all is not isolated.

He Benliu reminds the cadres and employees of the group to learn from the lessons of Liu Jianliang and three others, calculate the cost of illegal activities, consider personal future and family happiness, consciously abide by laws and regulations, group rules, keep confidential core technologies, process flows, customer resources and other trade secrets, and consciously fight against infringement of trade secrets.

At the meeting, Shen Qingfei, Vice President of Finance of the Group, reported on the progress of the trade secret protection case. Liu Jianliang, Zhao Zequan, and Jiang Shu'an were sentenced to 6 to 7 years in prison and fined a total of 32 million yuan in the first instance for violating trade secrets. After the incident, Liu Jianliang and three others voluntarily returned a huge amount of illegal gains.

In order to effectively implement the intellectual property protection responsibilities of key units and personnel, enhance risk prevention awareness and capabilities, strengthen target management assessment, and implement the intellectual property target responsibility system management, the Group President Wu Pengsen signed an intellectual property protection target responsibility agreement with representatives of intellectual property responsibility units.

The meeting requested that the group continue to promote the signing of confidentiality and non compete agreements for key positions and important personnel, refine the assessment and reward system measures, and implement the responsibility for protecting trade secrets. Relevant responsible units, especially key departments such as technology, engineering, and marketing, as well as confidential positions, should strengthen their awareness of protecting trade secrets, strengthen their confidentiality responsibilities layer by layer, and improve their protection systems and measures. In addition to introducing and utilizing digital technology defense measures and enriching protection methods, the group will also regularly organize legal education, issue warnings through cases, strengthen supervision, and rigorously investigate all types of trade secret infringement incidents.
